[Bug] UI doesn't load when switching pages

Idea


Due to GitHub changes, pjax is used when switching between a repo's issue and pull requests pages. This is causing the GSF UI not to load sometimes.

Should be a simple fix, but in the meantime, you may have to refresh after going to one of these pages in order to render the GSF UI.

Sorry for any inconvenience this causes, working on a fix now.
